CIG provides many services to our clients seeking to obtain a GSA Schedule in three phases, however, we offer additional services in the area of contract management and marketing. These phases are critical to the acquisition of a GSA Schedule Contract. Once you have selected our company to represent you, we will implement these steps to secure your GSA Schedule.
Consultation and Strategic Planning
The consultation process involves identifying your needs and objectives for obtaining a GSA Schedule contract. We will determine pricing structures and products and/ or services to offer and the appropriate discounts to offer GSA. In addition, we will determine the appropriate timing for offer and form and the correct schedule and special item number(s). We will provide a comprehensive review of the terms and conditions of the GSA Schedule contract. We will analyze your goals and determine where you are today and where you want to be in the future.
Proposal Preparation and Submission
Preparation and submission is the most involved process of obtaining a GSA Schedule contract. CIG has a team of experienced experts who prepare proposals that are complete, accurate, timely and correct in format. Our team will work closely with you to develop a Federal Supply Schedule Pricelist that meets the requirements of GSA. Once we have completed your package for submission, a representative from your company will review and sign off and then we will submit copies of the entire package to GSA.
Proposal Negotiations & Award
We will assist your business in negotiating price and discounts to GSA and other terms and conditions associated with the proposal. We have a team of former Contracting Officers who have over 20 years of experience in negotiating government contracts. Throughout the entire process of negotiations, CIG will monitor and clarify the terms and conditions of the Solicitation/RFP by completing your final proposal and securing your contract award.
Contract Management and Support
After the award of the contract, CIG will conduct a complete review and analysis of the award to determine any deficiencies as they relate to contract compliance. We will maintain on-going contract management support, including processing contract modifications which may result in administrative changes to the contract, uploading client data and price on the GSA Advantage online system.
Government Marketing
We will assist businesses looking to leverage their products or services before or after award. CIG has a team of experience marketing representatives who aggressively seek opportunities in the private and public sectors. CIG will assist clients in identifying and focusing on primary opportunities to advance their bottom-line.
